New Packaging Coordinator

Chevron Thailand Limited is accepting online applications for the position of New Packaging Coordinator located in Bangkok, Thailand through September 30, 2025 (11:59 PM Thailand time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Manages packaging operations and vendor coordination

• Oversees artwork and labeling processes

• Collaborates with design and logistics teams to optimize packaging solutions

• Ensures packaging complies with safety and regulatory standards 

• Monitors and troubleshoot packaging-related issues 

• Implements packaging strategies to meet cost and performance goals 

• Continuously improves packaging processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs 

• Coordinates to review and approve packaging artwork and assembly methods 

• Ensures adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other compliance standards 

• Conducts audits and analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements 

• Handles and manages administrative works and manage customer visit

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred 

• Experience in packaging, supply chain or lubricants business roles

• Experience with international vendor management

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in inventory management

• Excellent communication and administrative work skills

• Knowledge of packaging materials, machinery, and compliance standards 

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
