Wells and Exploration HSE Specialist - Offshore Thailand

Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. is accepting online applications for the position of Wells and Exploration HSE Specialist - Offshore Thailand located in GOT Rig Functioning through January 16, 2026 (11:59 PM Thailand Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Advise and facilitate the development of an annual Site-Specific Operational Excellence (OE) plan

• Monitor and provide feedback on effectively implemented programs to field leaders

• Provide HES oversight for high-risk activities by conducting safeguard verification and providing analysis insights to prevent high-consequence incidents

• Engage with the contractor leader to remove a gap from V&V and develop a sustainable plan to remove a gap from V&V

• Support the conduct of field contractor inspection and pre-mobilization of contractors according to the contractor management process

• Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance with Thailand Law or Company Policy

• Support Drilling Site Representative and Well Site Representative to set OE monitoring and evaluating programs for business partners

• Facilitate incident investigation, learning events, and sharing of Best Practices and lessons learned

• Perform workforce engagement and promote learn and improve culture

• Perform OE onboarding to new crews/new rigs/new Completions units

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HSE or related fields in engineering, Science, Occupational Health, and Safety

• Strong influencing skills to implement processes, standards, and requirements in the organization to improve OE performance

• Good command of the English language in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
