  • Partner with Sales, Supply, Finance and Business Performance stakeholders to provide commercial insights and decision support.

  • Prepare clear, data-driven recommendations through reports, dashboards, pricing analysis and presentations for business stakeholders.

  • Support pricing governance, compliance, controls and audit requirements while maintaining pricing accuracy, documentation and integrity.

  • Leverage digital tools, analytics and continuous improvement opportunities to improve pricing effectiveness, process consistency and business performance visibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Commerce or a related discipline.

  • Experience in pricing, commercial analytics, business analysis, revenue management, finance, supply chain analytics or a related commercial role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex data into clear commercial insights and practical recommendations.

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI are required; experience with SAP, ERP or pricing systems is advantageous.

  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions and influence decisions.

  • High attention to detail, with a strong focus on pricing accuracy, governance, controls and execution discipline.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.

  • Ability to translate market, competitor, cost and performance data into actionable pricing recommendations.

  • Sound judgement in balancing margin, revenue, volume and customer outcomes.

  • Self-leadership, ownership and the ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment.
