Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for receipt of materials into the plant, ensuring all materials are correctly stored and located within the Warehouse and issuing raw materials and consumables for the Production group. Activities also include administration of the stock control system, reconciliation of deliveries to purchase orders.

  • Responsible for overall base oil stocks, packages and additive stocks in addition to imported products. Need to ensure having sufficient stocks to meet production plans without any interruption

  • Liaison with Supply Planner & Logistics Manager to ensure having optimal inventory levels of all stored materials.

  • Ensure robust Supplier Relationship Management is in place & fostered to strengthen partnership

  • Required to perform all assigned activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and Chevron OE, Compliance, Quality and HSE Policies and Procedures

  • Strictly follow the HSE policy and product stewardship requirements during handling warehouse operation. Ensure a safe working environment in warehouse operation and ensure all materials, products can be stocked and moved efficiently and safely

  • Strictly follow the Inventory Management & Reconciliation processes to meet the intended objectives. Responsible for safe and incident free operation in raw materials warehouse.

  • Coach and mentor other employees, Service Providers, Forklifts drivers, contractors, Transporters/ suppliers drivers and workers for better understanding & execution of Chevron Way & OE expectations

  • Updating all staff with basic principles of HES & other related issues on regular interval

  • Ensure that RTS Assessments of Contractor’s Fleet is done on regular basis and actions are completed as advised.

  • Ensure that all vehicles are compiling with Chevron’s safety standards and keep record of all checklists. Ensure Journey Planning is being followed as advised and expected from the organization.  

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Proficient in SAP
