What You'll Do

We are looking for an intern in the Business Human Resources Operations. Internships showcase the energy industry's complexities and allow interns to solve real, business problems and optimize processes creatively. Interns will also have opportunities to learn about and apply new digital technologies (i.e., PowerApps, dashboards, data analytics) to enable better, faster decision making.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Learn about the company’s policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to handle any internal staff inquiries

  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed

  • Support the team in daily Benefit operations, compliance reporting, and paperwork administration

  • Support Business HR Operations initiatives and projects

  • Liaise with other teams (BHR, SCM, Legal, Communications, etc.) on matters requiring cross-functional collaboration

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested

Required Qualifications:

  • We are seeking a student currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field, who is in their final year or about to begin it

  • Excellent skills in MS Office (especially Excel) with strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills in both Spanish and English

  • Careful, good attention to details

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered.

International Considerations:

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
