Als (electro)mechanicien ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerken in onze fabriek.
Verantwoordelijkheden
· Preventief, predictief en correctief onderhoud aan mechanische en elektrische apparatuur (o.a. motoren, pompen, tandwielkasten, sensoren en basispanelen).
· Toezicht op onderaannemers volgens de Contractor Safety Standard (COW) en Start Work Checks (SWC).
· Aanvragen, controleren en goedkeuren van werkvergunningen.
· Technische registraties bijhouden van installaties en inspecties in SAP CMMS.
· Voorraad beheren van mechanische (en elektrische) onderdelen op een economisch verantwoorde manier.
· Actief deelnemen aan teamoverleg en indien nodig ook ondersteuning bieden bij taken die niet uitsluitend (elektro)mechanisch zijn.
· Rapporteren aan de teamleider van afwijkingen en storingen.
· Naleven van veiligheids- en milieuregels met oog voor zorg en kwaliteit
Wij vragen
· Technische opleiding (elektromechanica, mechanica) of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
· Aantoonbare ervaring met preventief en correctief onderhoud in een industriële omgeving.
· Praktische ervaring met draaien, frezen en basis‑laswerk in een onderhouds-context is een meerwaarde.
· Bereidheid overuren te presteren in geval van kritische storingen
· Goede kennis Nederlands en basiskennis Engels
· Oog voor veiligheid als hoogste prioriteit
· Leergierig, probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor detail
· Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een zelfstandig werker binnen een team
