The Manager, SCM CNE Power Project - oversees supply chain management activities to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. This role acts as the key liaison between project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with project timelines and budgets
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and quality
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and supplier relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and Chevron compliance standards

• Projects delivered safely, on-time and within budget
• High supplier performance
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• 15+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a project-based environment
• Demonstrated experience in EPC projects, contract formulation, sourcing strategies, and supplier management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ERP and eProcurement tools
