Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Organizational Effectiveness, Operations, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business, human resources, strategy, organizational effectiveness, transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex large-scale transformation, business improvement, operating model, strategy, or performance initiatives that required alignment across multiple functions, stakeholders, and leadership levels.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions and implementation roadmaps. Proven ability to diagnose business performance gaps, identify root causes, and develop integrated solutions that address people, process, technology, data, and governance considerations.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influence, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting recommendations and influencing decisions with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity, challenge conventional thinking, and lead through ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, business strategy, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, or large-scale business improvement initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging benchmarking data, performance metrics, analytics, and leading practices to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience partnering with digital, technology, analytics, AI, or business transformation teams and identifying organizational performance trends.
