Business Consultant, Card Sales

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position ofBusiness Consultant, Card Saleslocated in Kowloon, Hong Kong through October 2, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time).

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Promotes and sells Chevron's fuel cards to maximize B2B sales with focus on SME market

• Conduct regular data mining to understand customer attrition and implement effective retention strategies.

• Explores customer needs to provide the best fleet management services to customers.  This includes relationship-building and creation of targeted marketing programs for selected customers.

• Implement effective sales strategy to grow assigned segments

• Handle quotations and tender preparation

• Handle customers inquiry and resolve customer complaints independently

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective card operations, pricing review and credit management

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree holder in business or equivalent

• At least 5 years of B2B sales or account management or business development experience

• Experience in CRM or database marketing would be an advantage

• Result-oriented with can-do attitude

• Good team player with excellent communication skills

• Analytical with proven problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in MS office, especially Excel

• Must be fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Relocation Options:

• Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

International Considerations:

• Selected candidate will work in Hong Kong under the local payroll system and benefits.
