There are two Chevron companies operating in the Philippines: Chevron Holdings Incorporated (CHI) and Chevron Philippines Incorporated (CPI).
CHI is a shared services center providing transactional, processing, and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting, information technology, supply chain management, human resources, downstream customer service and marketing. Established in 1998, CHI serves Chevron affiliates in six continents around the world. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the leading members of the shared services industry in the Philippines.

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Analyst in Chevron's Global Privacy Office. This role will be based in the 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supports the operational execution of the Global Privacy Program
Provides data privacy support to business units in designated region
Performs organizational privacy assessments, business process assessments and data privacy impact assessments
Counsel business clients on privacy risk and mitigations associated with vendors, systems, and business processes
Undertakes work to prepare business for internal audits. Reports to Chevron's Global Data Privacy Manager and works with other members of the Global Privacy team
Partners with Privacy Counsel to determine impact of privacy laws
Assists with the drafting, review, and implementation of internal privacy policies and procedures
Assists in responding to privacy incidents
Supports privacy training and awareness activities
Monitors global privacy regulations and support compliance efforts for laws such as General Data Protection Regulation, California Privacy Rights Act, and applicable local regulations in the Asia-Pacific region
About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in legal, information technology, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data privacy, risk management, and network security.
Familiarity with data privacy and network security concepts, technologies, and practices.
International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) qualification is desirable.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment and across time zones.
