El Asset Integrity Supervisor es responsable de supervisar la ejecución en campo de las actividades de integridad de activos, asegurando operaciones seguras y en cumplimiento con los estándares aplicables, al mismo tiempo que mantiene la confiabilidad de tanques, recipientes, ductos e instalaciones asociadas. Este rol brinda supervisión técnica, gestión de contratistas y soporte de aseguramiento de calidad para garantizar que los trabajos de integridad se ejecuten de acuerdo con los estándares de Chevron y las mejores prácticas de la industria.
Responsabilidades de la posición, pero no limitadas a:
- Supervisar los trabajos de contratistas y gestionar los requisitos de Permit to Work (PTW) relacionados con actividades de integridad, tales como reparaciones metalúrgicas y de reacondicionamiento, modificaciones en tanques, recipientes y ductos, preparación de superficies y aplicación de recubrimientos, protección catódica y actividades de control de corrosión.
- Asegurar que todas las actividades se realicen de manera segura y de acuerdo con los estándares de process safety y HSE.
- Monitorear y hacer seguimiento de las actividades, manteniendo registros precisos de todos los trabajos realizados.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas y resguardar la documentación del proyecto (construction drawings y databooks) de acuerdo con las directrices de QA/QC.
- Generar reportes semanales y comunicar el progreso del proyecto y las actualizaciones relevantes a los stakeholders.
- Actuar como subject matter expert de campo para temas relacionados con integridad (tanques, ductos, protección catódica, non-destructive testing (NDT), etc.).
Requisitos:
- Título técnico en disciplinas Mecánicas, Industriales, Metalúrgicas o afines, o experiencia de campo equivalente y relevante.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en asset integrity, inspección, mantenimiento, construcción o actividades relacionadas dentro de la industria de Oil & Gas.
- Experiencia en reparación de tanques conforme a API 653, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), protección catódica, instalación de piping y actividades de construcción.
- Conocimiento de los estándares técnicos aplicables (API/NACE).
Requisitos preferentes:
- Nivel de inglés intermedio.
- Título de Ingeniería.
- Certificaciones API y/o NACE.
Consideraciones Especiales:
- Esta posición opera bajo un esquema rotacional 7x7 en el yacimiento El Trapial.
- Durante la rotación, la persona seleccionada se alojará en el Chevron Camp.
