This role manages the El Trapial personnel logistics and facilities, leading the delivery of logistics activities supporting employees’ logistics in the field. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of aviation, ground transportation, catering, non-productive facilities maintenance and fleet fuel supply with focus on OE, stakeholder experience, supply assurance, and supplier performance to deliver on business objectives and ensure logistics requirements are met.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Plans, coordinates and supervises execution of aviation and land transportation services for El Trapial rotators and visitors. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the El Trapial landing strip and Emergency Response Plan.

  • Technical and administrative planning and control of maintenance, accommodation, laundry service and repairs on non-productive facilities: camp, offices and workshops. Performs regular inspection to ensure all the facilities comply with the required levels regarding standard of living at El Trapial.

  • Manages and controls catering and facilities maintenance services to ensure Food Safety and quality standards of food and service required are being met; also administers water supply to main offices and camp facilities in El Trapial.

  • Manages and controls fuel station. Fuel stock management, payment and users’ control. New users set up. Issues management.

  • Supervise execution, technical and OE, of civil works (new constructions or refurbishments) in non-productive facilities.

  • OPEX / CAPEX administration and spend control.

Required Qualifications:

  • Engineering, Business Administration or Technical degree

  • 5 years of experience in Logistics coordination or construction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Construction experience in oil and gas

  • Fluent English speaking and writing

Relocation Options:

Relocation may beconsidered within Chevron parameters.

International Considerations:

Expatriate assignmentswill not beconsidered.
