The controller overlooks all finance and control processes and represents Finance in the Business. While operational finance processes are performed in shared service centers, the controller provides insights, ensures quality and continuity and drives further process improvements. The role sometimes requires hand-on interventions but is always aiming for sustainable process improvements. The team in the Netherlands is supported by an international network of tax, legal and HR specialists and external advisors to provide world class support on a wide range of topics and ensure compliance with local requirements.
