About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Audit Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Internal Controls
- Central SOX Testing Group– Coordinate SOX control flowcharts and Account Recon Procedural Documentation update
- Coordinates PwC SOX Testing – Schedule Walkthroughs and gather supporting documentations
- Manages TOCA Table and Commitment authority assignment through Delegation of Authority tool.
- Handles Delegation of Authority and Segregation of Duties issues.
- Manages Account Reconciliation Summary template and coordinate committee meetings.
Internal Audits
- Coordinates Corp audit engagements
- Ensures proper logistics for Corp Auditors
- Assists with Pre-audit information collection,
- Walkthroughs schedule.
- Track audit IR’s logs for timely response
- Assist in tracking and timely remediation of Corp audit findings.
External Audits
- Assists with timely Data gathering.
- Tracks and follows up audit Invoice Reconciliation.
- Collaboratives interaction with stakeholders to ensure efficient partnership, proper audit exposure understanding and successful process improvement when needed.
Data Gathering Process
- Proactively work on next year’s audit while assisting with current audit engagements.
- Monitors that GBS Manila Information is stored in the repositories on a regular basis and is complete.
- Ensures completeness of SMART GEP invoices downloaded by the BOAT and are stored in the repository.
- Assists SCM to better track contract ‘spends and accurately report contracts/POs to the government agencies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in audit, accounting, or financial controls
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional auditing or financial qualifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Experience in public accounting firm, in an assurance or internal control and risk management advisory roles, and/or as an internal auditor in a multinational company
- Experience in leveraging technologies and applying digital tools to enhance business processes
